Cortexa is an intelligence layer that sits between your existing radio infrastructure and your operations and safety teams. It requires no changes to existing radio hardware and runs entirely on your own infrastructure.
Cortexa ingests live audio from your PTT and PMR radio channels. It transcribes every transmission in the language being spoken, identifies speakers by callsign, threads fragmented messages into coherent conversations, and recognises the equipment IDs, location names, and procedures your site uses.
The platform continuously monitors all transcribed traffic for defined events: safety incidents, procedural breaches, hazard mentions, permit conditions, handover gaps, and any custom event your team has defined. Every detection is backed by verifiable evidence from the original transcript and audio.
Each detection becomes a task with an owner, a deadline, and a playable evidence trail. Supervisors can review, confirm, dismiss, or re-route detections. The platform generates shift handover summaries, audit-ready incident reports, and retrospective analyses automatically.
When a supervisor confirms, dismisses, or re-routes a detection, that decision is logged and attributed. It also feeds back into system precision for the specific site — the platform becomes more accurate the longer it runs in your environment.
Cortexa operates across multiple sites and channels from a single management plane. Each site can have its own vocabulary, channel configuration, and alert thresholds. Detections are attributed to the correct site, channel, and operator automatically.
