Cortexa Labs is an Industrial Voice Intelligence company that turns push-to-talk and PMR radio communications into structured operational and safety intelligence. The platform runs entirely on your own infrastructure.
No. Cortexa runs entirely on hardware inside your facility. No audio, transcripts, or operational data is sent to any external server or AI provider. This is a hard architectural constraint, not a configuration option.
Cortexa supports TETRA, DMR, P25, LTE-PTT (MCPTT), broadband-PTT, and analogue PMR via audio bridge. It requires no changes to existing radio hardware.
English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Dutch, and German. Language is detected automatically per transmission — no per-channel configuration is required. Additional languages can be added without taking the system offline.
Energy and utilities (oil and gas, refineries, power generation), aviation (ramp, MRO, ground handling), mining (surface and underground), construction and heavy industry, emergency services (fire, EMS, dispatch), defense, and logistics and ports.
Cortexa learns equipment IDs, callsigns, location names, and operator accents automatically from usage. No manual tagging or vocabulary spreadsheets are required. The longer the system runs in your environment, the more accurate it becomes.
A standard pilot deployment takes one to two weeks from scoping call to go-live. The platform is operational on day one with industry-standard vocabulary. Site-specific vocabulary adapts over the first few weeks of operation.
A Cortexa pilot is a 60 to 90 day scoped deployment on one site, with two or three explicit success criteria agreed before deployment. At week 12, there is a joint review against those criteria. You can then scale, refine, or exit with no further obligation.
All customers contract with Cortexa Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales and governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Yes. Cortexa is designed for ISO 27001, GDPR by-design, NIST CSF, and ISO 45001 compliance. Because all data is processed on your infrastructure, GDPR data residency requirements are met by default.
Yes. Cortexa integrates with work order and CMMS systems, identity and access management, reporting and BI platforms, and safety management systems. Specific integrations are scoped during the pilot phase.
