Cortexa Ops
Cortexa Ops is the operational intelligence module of the Cortexa platform. It monitors radio communications for procedural compliance, shift handover completeness, and operator round verification — turning spoken operational activity into structured, auditable records.
What Cortexa Ops monitors
- Shift handover integrity: End-of-shift handovers are transcribed and checked for completeness — missing equipment states, open permits, unresolved faults, and unfinished tasks are flagged before the shift ends
- Procedural communication compliance: Startup, shutdown, switching, and operator round procedures issued verbally are verified against procedure requirements in real time
- Operator round completion: Operators confirming readings, checks, and inspections over radio are logged with speaker identity and timestamp, producing a verifiable rounds record
- Control room to field communication: Instructions issued by control room to field operators are tracked through to verbal confirmation
- Escalation and response timing: Time from event detection to acknowledgement, escalation, and resolution is measured automatically
Shift handover summaries
Cortexa Ops generates automatic shift handover summaries from the preceding shift's radio activity — equipment states, active permits, open faults, completed rounds, and flagged events — formatted for handover review without manual data entry.
Audit-ready reporting
Every Cortexa Ops record is exportable as an audit trail. Operator round completion, procedure adherence, and handover records are available for regulatory inspection, internal audit, and insurance review at any time.
